Where do you ship from?
All of our orders are dispatched from Melbourne, Australia.
How long does the process take?
You will receive an artwork preview within24hrs(unlimited revisions). Once that's approved, your portrait is printed and framed(3-4 days), then posted with tracking(2-4 days).
How many pets can you include?
Most of our artwork styles can include up to 4 pets. They don’t need to be in the same photo — simply upload separate photos of each pet.
How are the portraits created?
Every portrait is digitallyhand-illustratedby our in-house artist, carefully capturing the likeness and personality of your beloved pet(s). We never use AI, every artwork is created by a real artist.
Are your frames good quality?
Yes, each artwork is professionally printed on premium 310gsm matte paper and expertly framed using high-quality materials, creating a beautiful, gallery-quality piece made to last.
What is your refund policy?
